War of the Worlds? NASA to Send CIA Agent and Pentagon Official to Mars

NASA has chosen potential candidates for what could be its first manned mission to Mars in 2015. Of the 3,500 individuals that applied for the training program fourteen have been selected, nine from the United States, three from Canada and two from Japan.

Interestingly, of the nine American Marsonauts in training, one was a former CIA intelligence officer and another a Pentagon staffer.

Say what?

That's right! NASA may be sending a CIA agent and a Pentagon official on our first manned landing on Mars! Now at first glance something seems to be really weird here folks. Why on Earth... hmmm... or Mars, would the United States of America want to send a CIA agent and a Pentagon official to another planet?

On the face of it, it just doesn't make sense. Does it? Unless... unless... NASA knows something that they aren't talking about, huh?

Now, most Mars enthusiasts are quite familiar with the famous "Face of Mars". It is a rather strange and unusual phenomenon which government officials have been trying to debunk for years. Could it be that some intelligent life form had something to do with the construction of the monolithic structure that looks like a face?

Some people have made entire careers out of researching and attempting to explain the Face of Mars. It has even been suggested that the builders of this structure were, in fact, the same "people" that founded the Egyptian civilization and built the pyramids... the "gods" from outer space. I believe that the movie Stargate developed much of its plot based on the Face of Mars.

However, the Face of Mars is not the most interesting and provocative feature of our neighbor planet suggesting that we may have, or may have had, interplanetary neighbors. Another feature, which is far more definitive and unexplained, and which leaves very little room for the imagination is what I would like to refer to as the Aztec Face of Mars. Now this is a feature which might persuade NASA to enlist the aid of special intelligence officials to investigate.

Now for those of you who may not be familiar with Meso-American Indian art, the "Aztec Face" in this feature is facing to the left, and the image clearly defines the neck, chin, lips, nose, eyes, eyelid, eyebrow, forehead and headdress found in classic MesoAmerican warrior chieftain portraits.

Could it be that the MesoAmerican Indians had knowledge that has been lost to the ages? Is it possible that contact had been made with extraterrestrial beings? Why else the pyramids? Why else the famous Mayan Calender with its apocalyptic 2012 date? Why else the Aztec Face of Mars?

Could this be the reason NASA has selected a Pentagon official and CIA agent to be among the first to go to Mars?
