Man Charged with Farting at Cop

Now I think I've heard it all.

st Virginia, was recently charged with battery upon an officer of the peace for passing gas! The incident may not have been so bad for Cruz except he is alleged to have fanned the toxic fumes directly at Patrolman T.E. Parsons.
Well, this incident got me to wondering. What is going to happen to all those good people who pass gas at inconvenient times? Do you think it is possible that SBDs will be considered concealed weapons? Or, if someone lets one loose in a packed auditorium will the gas be considered a Weapon of Mass Destruction? Will the perpetrators of these vile and noxious deeds be labeled as terrorists? Are we looking at a potential for Gas Wars in the coming generation? Perhaps Dick Cheney would be interested in leading an effort to fund a War on Flatulence!
As it stands all of these questions are really up in the air. Nevertheless, I am convinced that the Cruz incident stinks to high heaven!

Hi Mark.You have a great sense of humor. I can't believe that man was actually charged. Seems like something you should laugh at rather than make into a crime. Because Cruz fanned the fumes toward the officer seems to me to be a comment on what he was thinking rather than an attack. I haven't had a chance to go rock hunting since last fall in the Sierra Nevada mother lode country. I did find some gold at that time. But, I prefer fossils. There are some excellent rock hunting areas around Redding, California, if you ever make it up to that area. The diversity of both minerals and fossils is tremendous.

HI Mark,Wow, I wonder if he will actually goes to court for this alleged offense, what will the judge say? How will the judge determine what is appropriate punishment? Will this now be the newest crime of the century.... oh, no I hope not.... Little bombs like that will cause our prison system of over populate and stink real bad...
